We celebrated Christmas by going to church in the morning. Troy took the service. Christmas is awesome...it's about Jesus and the gift he is to us. The essence of why Jesus came into this world - to save us, it's also a time and a blessing to give to others (and I find it fun) rather than receive. We then had a nice lunch at home with my parents and the boys opened their presents and spent the rest of the day and night playing with them all! Nathaniels first Christmas. Troy has a tradition that he grew up with that we pass down to our boys. They wake up Christmas day with a Santa sack at the end of their bed filled with little things...the boys were really excited this year and talked all night (Christmas Eve) how they were going to wake up early...they didn't get up till 7 am!
